Issue:
If a user tries to connect to the VPN this is working, but he/she can't ping nor access anything on the network. This is since we installed the updates from last Tuesday/Wednesday (updates were mainly regarding .net Framework & 1 for Exchange)
Environment:
We have a SBS 2008 Server running and the clients are all Win 7. Updates are all installed.
Already done:
We checked and reconfigured the Routing and RAS area completely new according the Microsoft tutorials (nothing fancy, mainly default).
Further, we checked the NPS if there is causing the problem... but this is correctly configured and also nothing has changed. The thing is, nobody was ever on the server since these updates.
Unfortunately, we have no backup from the time directly before the Updates, just 1 week before (which is too far away)
We are at the end with our knowledge and working on this since days with no solution...
Help would be really appreciated! Not sure what kind of information I can give so I can help. Unfortunately, I don't get any error messages... (and of course we are googling for days..)
