I would like to know if servers were restarted in a random order after a power outage can result in VPN users not able to access the shared folders? We had a power outage few weeks ago some users complained that when connected to the VPN they were getting error message while reconnecting the shared drives.
Even the users IP address they were given was out of the DHCP scope.
