Internet Browsing Stopped - Recursion disabled -Alternate Method.. ?

Hello All,

In My Setup , we have DNS server with recursion enabled, For security measure we need to disable recursion, but internet browsing should happen for the clients.

Micrsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2.
