Changed Routers - New IP Now.. All Sites Down Getting Reverse Lookup Error

HI, and thank you.

Needed to change Router, and now have new IP address.

So I am hosting 20 sites here on an inherited windows server 2000 machine.. some legacy sites with Front Page, and hooked up to an SQL db.

I remember how to change the IP in the DNS Forward area.. but I get error:

""" warning: the associated pointer (PTR) record cannot be created, probably because the referenced reverse lookup zone cannot be found """

(I do not remember getting this error when I set up the machine here, and had to change the IP from old location)

Now I do not know what to do at all about changing or editing the reverse records. I am looking at reverse area, and the settings that are there make little sense to me.. each of my sites do NOT have their own entry, but perhaps a webserver group does.
