I feel like an idiot for not being able to figure this out on my own. I've followed many suggested paths to accomplish my goal but can't seem to get any of them to work properly. RRAS and static routes. Here's my situation.
I have a Server 2008 box on our production network with 2 NICs. This box is a SCCM 2012 Distribution point. Nic 1 is on our production network and can communicate just fine. Nic 2 is the private network which will be used for PXE booting clients for OSD. I have DHCP setup on this server only for the private network and that is working fine. Clients get an address, PXE boot normally, But in the process of deploying Windows the clients are trying to reach out to my SCCM management point on the production network and cannot get there.
No machines I put on the private network can reach any devices on the prod network. I have set static routes, Enabled RRAS with RIP. Followed many guides online which seem simple enough but nothing is working. I have since removed any routes I created and removed RRAS to get back to a default state.
How do I set this up to get traffic destined for 10.19.0.0 from 10.1.1.0 to route out NIC1? Any help would be appreciated at this point
