RAS PPTP ports not shown

Hi ,

 I am facing the following problem on Windows Server 2003 machine with ISA 2006 deployed on it:
The PPTP ports are not shown on RRAS manager, also the server is not listenening on port 1723.

The first tuime this happened (2 months ago), at which i have done an extensive research over the internet, and I have tried to apply the script on KB956570 (thought this update is not installed as far as i see on the machine add/remove applet) to remove it and it worked at that time. Then after a period of time, and the server got restarted becasue of power failure, the issue re-appeared again, i have tried to apply the script another time, but no luck this time.

 Here is detialed information about the Widnows Server 2003 and ISA 2006:
- Widnows Server 2003 EE - SP2 - x86 32bit with latets updates
- ISA 2006 SE - SP1, ver 5.0.5723.511, x86 32bit with latest updates.

 Nothing can be seen on the windows event logs.

 I have tried to enable L2TP to see if it is affected and the ports were created successfuly without problems.

 Any possible solution or workaround this issue?
