Need to provide write permission on one of the DNS zone

Hello,

I want one of my users to manage the dns records without providing READ access to dns server, since on other DNS zones ont he server, Authenticated users default has Write permissions and all the Authenticated users would be able to create new Records.

Any other way to provide modify access to user on single DNS zone with out providing access to DNS server please?
