how to configure win 2008R2 RRAS to Accept vpn connections without any username & paaaword and without any encyption ?

in my test hyper-v lab i have deployed a 2008 R2 vpn server with RRAS ( but not NPS ) and a win 2008 R2 vpn client. 

1) i want my vpn client stablish vpn connection without requiring any username or password

2) i want this vpn connection be stablished without any encryption ( i don't need any encryption ). 

which one of these 2 are possible ?

( in vpn client's vpn connection, in security tab,  i selected optianal encryption, in vpn severs,s RRAs console i selected Allow client be connected without encryption. but vpn connection failed and system asks for username and password  ).

any solution ?
