vpn and "file,printer,application" sharing issue

hi

we have a server that run several hyper-v server inside

for dhcp and domain client : 192.168.10.3

for out-side vpn and shaping rule: 192.168.10.5

file server: 192.168.10.8

when some one connect to vpn , he cont access to share file and printer or accounting app over network any more.

some one tell me that there are some power shell script  for this issue.

so what can we do here :?!!!!
