What's the best practice here; I read somewhere a while back that creating static IP addresses in DNS Manger console is not the right way to do it, because the account that was logged in to create the account becomes the owner of that record, and
that's not good.... for a reason that I don't recall. And it was suggested that the correct way to do this is use "ipconfig /registerdns" from the server that needs the static IP address. But I just did that, and it creates a record that
does not look static. What's the right way to do this?
