Here is my enviroment:

Host : Win server 2012 not in domain

Hyper-V with following setup:

DC /alo DNS server : winserver2012/domain

Exchange 2010: winserver 2008 r2

DAG01: winserver 08 r2

DAG02:winserver 08 r2

Exchange 2013 cu2

DAG03 winserver2012

DAG04 winserver2013

All server have latest update.DHCP gets from my D-link router.

Issue im having is that DNS server register a computer name DAG with an IP4 address. I can ping it but none of my servers are named DAG (only DAG01-04).I delete it from DNS but it stil keeps coming back.

So after alot of troubleshooting i found out that that DAG computer is caused by DAG01 server,it is the one that keep registering DAG and its IPV4 address in the DNS.

IPV4 and IPV6 is on for every server. What might cause this?

ATM it doesnt cause me any issue, other than that its an itch i cant scratch!

All help much appreciated!
