nslookup showing router as

i have installed microsoft loopback adapter. The nslookup is showing  router.belkin as default server instead of computer hostname. Because of this issue i am not able to install obiee 11g.Here is the link to see ipconfig/all , nslookup and my hostname.router.belkin is showing as server instead of hostname (computer name). Please any ideas.
