nat routing

I setup a virtual network within hyper v and need to get internet access from the vm's. I dont know how to setup a nat router or where to set it up? I have a windows 2003 dc/dns server running as a vm and an exchange server running as a vm. Both can see each other but I need internet access. The adsl router for my home is 192.168.1.254. Here is the entire config, can someone walk me thru this?

hyper v 192.168.1.70 (wireless card) gw 192.168.1.254 dns 192.168.1.254 (internet access)

2003 dc 192.168.2.10 no gateway dns local

exchange 192.168.2.11 no gateway dns 192.168.2.10
