Im new to Windows Server, and installed Windows Server 2012.
Yesterday a received a email from my hosting provider "you are hosting an open resolver dns service on your server.
Your server was the source of dns attacks against other servers in the internet. (DNS Amplification Attack)"
How can i prevent that?
Because i tried to disable recursive dns, but i cant se webpages when its disabled.
But i noticed that a option in the dns manager is "select the ip addresses that will serve DNS request.
Can i set it to only serve dns request from my own ip address?
My plan is to host a web application, and will that affect that?
