Reverse lookup zone security permissions inheritance problem

Hello
While creating a  new zone on the DNS, we found a problem
There is no inheritance rights for Dnsadmins SELF and out of the container cn=microsoftdns
Because of this, there is no update PTR records.

But on the container microsoftdns this group is exist and has full rights.

On the container this groups is exist but this groups not implementing on newly created reverse lookup zones
