Setting up Windows Server 2008 as one of the sites in a Site to Site VPN

Hi All,

I have two sites that I need to connect them together via site to site VPN. on site1 I have a Fortigate 3810A security appliance and on site2 I have a windows server 2008 VPS. my question is 1: can I configure site to site vpn in windows? can I connect it to fortigate? if you can help me with the setup I would appreciate.
