The company have two sites. One in NY and one in Dallas. The NY site has two DCs. The Dallas site has 1 DC. When I do nslookup I am getting server unknown error. I look at the "Reverse Zone Lookup" and it is setup for NY only. The NY IP address is 192.168.100.x and Dallas IP is 192.168.103.x. Can I create new zone in DNS for dallas. I can ping the hosts in dallas from NY but when I do nslookup it says unknown server. I am also trying to install an application which telling me it cannot find the server.
