Hello,
I'm having very annoying issue with DNS server on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP 1
The DNS server just stops responding outside to the Internet about my domain. However it responds localy about asking queries about my domain, also about external domains like Microsoft.com. There is no error and only full restart of the system repairs it. It happens twice a day, sometimes ones a day - there is no rule.
I've tried:
- DNS service restart.
- EDNS change to 0.
- Cache clearing.
- Apply DNS fixes from Microsoft (there was some theard with it)
At the moment I have removed forwarders of my ISP (hope it will help).
(LESS IMPORTAND) Also the weird thing I cannot access website of my ISP through the server. When I've connected direcly to ISPs router it works.
Does anyone have some ideas how to solve it?
