WIndows 2008R2 DNS TTL setting

HI All,

  I have set my Proxy.pac and set the round robin Dns. So when the one proxy down pac file re direction to the other proxy.

 But how do i set this changes in client side? do i have to set the TTL to 5 Min in proxy.mydomain.com ?
