Is anyone else seeing a resurgence of the problem described in Article ID: 968372 ?
Setting MaxCacheTTL to 02a300 as per the article, and having over a year of no issues, we are suddenly seeing "Server Failed" on DNS requests again. Restarting the DNS server service fixes the problem temporarily.
This is happening at multiple different companies that I support.
