Help with Windows 2003 NAT please!

I have Server A with an old application, when the app license was installed it used the IP to bind to it. 172.16.1.2

Server was moved to new network. we gave it a new primary IP 10.10.10.2, but the app requires the 172.16.1.2 to be the "primary" IP otherwise the application is unable to send out a file to another server. I tried setting up a secondary IP, etc. but no luck

Any chance RAS can help? I am thinking I can have Server A "connect" to RAS Server and get a 172.16.1.x IP in order to connect to external server which needs to receive file? I have a Win 2003 R2 server with RAS loaded but not configured.

NIC 1: 10.10.10.2

NIC 2: 172.16.1.2

What would be the configuration? Hopefully I'm explaining myself well. Cheers

Fulvio
