Direct Access
My work laptop has Microsofts Direct Access Set up on it. This system worked with no problems for 18 months on SKY Broadband network until last Thursday evening / Friday morning. Now it does not connect to any network services at college eg. email or drives
or intranet. A number of colleagues who also have SKY as an ISP have had the same problem as me at the same time and they are all on SKY home Broadband. Colleagues on with other ISP such as Virgin and talk talk do not have a problem. It is also not the
machine. I am currently on the lap top connected to the internet but to gain Direct Access I have to use a O2 internet dongle and as soon as I swap to O2 and disconnect from Sky the direct access is immediately running. Sky say there is no problem there
end! Work say no problem their end! Any ideas?
