Ping at wrong address

Hello - I am running windows 2008 R2 with Two NIC cards

First NICS is the public NIC (146.197.52.52) and Second is the private address NIC(10.51.0.2). I have NIC Binding setup setup correctly.

However when the ping the server locally it return it returns private address (10.51.0.2) rather than public. How should I fix this ?
