I would like to edit the permissons on a forest DNS zone via ADSIEDIT so that a non-Microsoft DHCP server or client can delete or update an existing DNS record that may be owned by and have been registered by another DHCP server or client at
an earlier point in time. If anyone has identified the specific permissions to set to achieve this behavior that would be great.
