Hi, I am running out of IP's on my existing network 192.168.100.0/24, and am looking to change to 192.168.100.0/22, which should allow 1022 nodes. I want to keep all the Server IP's the same, and just change the netmask from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.252.0
My question is - are there any guidelines for doing this? Will I have to restart or reconfigure any network services etc?
I am hoping that leaving the Servers IP's the same will minimize disruption and reconfiguration.
