We have a content deployment job running every hour copying a site Collection from one web app to another. We have disabled versioning on the target site Collection in order to keep the destination site collectin from using too much disk Space.
I recently discovered that there's a folder containing lots of .cab files (C:\ProgramData\ContentDeployment\). We
have 1600+ folders exceeding 200GB of data.
Can I safely delete the folders? Some of them go back 1,5 years. We changed the way we do content deployment around July last year (disabling versioning on the target site Collection) and after this date there is a large reduction in number of folders (maybe one per month instead of 5 every day).
