Hi team, my customer is facing such a problem. their server 2008 Active directory data is not in sync with DNS. For instance, AD shows that they have 3000 pc, name pc1, pc2,pc3,pc4,....pc3000. and DNS shows they have 3000 record, they are pc3, pc4,pc5....pc3002. some pc exsit in AD only while some only in DNS. is there a way to sync the data and remove those computers not exist any more from both DNS and AD, so that we will have an accurate list of computers that are reachable by ping and then we will push install sccm2012 client. Either microsoft solution, or other MS /Non-MS software, or 3rd party free/commerical solutions both welcome! please advise.thanks
