Netsh Command in Windows Server 2012

I have exported DHCP configuration using netsh command in Windows Server 2003
When i tried to import on windows server 2012 it doesnot seems to be working.
Is it not possible to import DHCP on windows Server 2012(from 2003 to 2012)
I tried in both powershell and command prompt in windows server 2012
