When a machine is connected to companies network via VPN connection/client. Is it possible to update the GPO on that machine ?
Ex- If a remote laptop users is connected to companies network using VPN. And he run's gpupdate /force cmd to get the new policy updates. Does this work ?
How can we update the GPO policy of a machine which is connected to companies network via VPN ?
When I am running gpupadate /force cmd on lap which was connected to our organization network through VPN then it displays an error Domain comtroller is unavailable. But I use ping cmd to check the connectivity to DC then I get connection.(i.e I am able to ping the DC).
Please guide me here. Let me know if I have asked question in wrong forum.
