Dear All,
We have a DNS Infrastructure, where there is a AD integrated DNS Primary Servers in the internal network. We have the Secondary Standalone (Not AD integrated) Public Authoritative DNS Name Servers in the DMZ. Now all the required records are created on the Primary NS but there is no replication between the Primary and the secondary servers. So we have configured a DNS Forwarding for the look-up from the secondary NS to the the primary NS.
So whenever the Query related to a domain is done, as Secondary servers are the Authoritative NS, they will be queried, and since there is a Forwarding set on the Secondary to the Primary, it will forward the request to the primary server for the lookup.
This Forwarding is not working, and the entries related to a domain, SRV even when are already created on the Primary servers are not found on the queries.
Please help...!
