DHCP Windows server 2008 R2 redundant

Hi team,

i had a question, can we implement two diferent DHCP redundant server without cluster?

lets say, we put two DHCP server ip into switch and then Server A and Server B have same SCOPE IP, can DHCP windows server 2008 R2 do this conccept?

somebody told me conflict detection capable to do this, is that true? :)
