Windows server 2008 r2 as Wireless Access Point (AP) and Proxy

Hi all,

I need to set-up a NI in an office who must result like:

-VPN trought OpenVPN, bridged with internal network
-Wireless access point managed and created only by Windows Server 2008 R2 machine (already installed wireless card)
-First LAN card connected to IT zone (only by this interface admins can access to WS2008 Remote Desktop and Telnet Server)
-Second LAN card who is connected to router (routed to Fastweb router who give internet connection) and to this router is connected Countability and Marketing PCs

So i'm asking how:

1)Set up a wireless access point bridged to all others interfaces
2)Require an autentication with Kerberos V5 (user/password) AND/OR pre-shared certificate
3)Be sure that only IT LAN can manage server and who, in IT network, ONLY PCs that are logged in AND have a valid (special?) pre-shared certificate can access to Remote Desktop and Telnet Service

How you suggest about that?
Thanks All
