A delegation for this DNS server cannot be created. New 2012 DC to 2003 domain

Hi

We configured additional dislocated site under AD Site and Services and want to add a Win 2012 as a domain controller into existing site. We have one primary site with two 2003 DC (also DNS), additional site with one 2003 DC (and DNS)  and newly created site that we want to add a DC. Domain and forest level is Windows 2003.

Promoting 2012 server to DC, we get the following error

A delegation for this DNS server cannot be created because the authoritative parent zone cannot be found or it does not run Windows DNS server.

Looking some post on forum this seems to be normal, but i'm concerned if this is OK. Are there any additional steps that we need to do before promoting new 2012 server to DC for a newly created AD site. Under site and services we have created a new site, added a new subnet and IP transport for it. The next step is to promote a new 2012 server to DC to this newly created site, this server will also be a DNS . We have IPSEc connection between primary and newly created site.

Can anyone please explain me what are the right steps to go arround this error, or do we just promoted 2012 server to DC and then do some tuning about DNS (and what are steps to do this).

Thank you in advance
