You were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network

Hi

I have a serious problem.
I've changed a FileServer name and configured a host pointing to the old name to another server, but when I want to access via\\server gives me the following error (only wn windows 2003/Windows XP) : "You were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network"

The IP address resolves it correctly, I have implemented a flushdns, I deleted arp cache, have reviewed the configuration of link in XP and W2K3 and DS Server new(http://theblownlightbulb.com/2010/12/14/fix-0x80070034-you-were-not-connected-because-a-duplicate-name-exists-on-the-network/) and keeps crashing.
The DCs are Windows 2003.

I can do more?
