1 computer with 2 nic's on 2 different networks with traffic routed to different ports

I am looking to figure out how to configure Machine 1 to ONLY use 10.1.0.2 for internet and to ONLY use 10.0.0.3 for local network. Machine 1 needs to be able to access file server via network places and remote desktop, but all of it's internet MUST go over 10.1.0.2.

I'll be doing this on many machines, some win7, some win8, some windows server 2012.
