DHCP scopes erroneously report no leases available

Hello there,

I have an issue in which a few of the scopes I have set up continually run out of leases, according to the DHCP server.  But when I look at the Address Leases for the scope I see that there are at least 100 available IPs.  Any ideas on the cause and what I can do to fix this?
