We currently have 3 domain controllers.
1) Physical Server 2012 - GC, DNS Integrated, DHCP
2) Virtual Server 2012 - GC, DNS Integrated, DHCP, FSMO, RID Master, PDC Master, Infrastructure Master
3) Physical Server 2003 - GC, DNS Integrated
I want to remove the 2003 server totally because it is going to be repurposed as a print server. What are the proper steps to demote it as a DC and DNS server so all references are removed? The domain and forest functional levels are 2003.
