NIC Teaming DC

hello guys, if I enable NIC teaming and have 3 NICs on a DC (Windows 2012, AD and DNS service is configured).

Set all Team NICs as Active, will it be considered as Multihomed DC?

Or it's not considered as a Multihomed DC, since the NIC team uses one IP Address only.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
