Managing multiple DHCP server for Centralize

Dear,

   My organization have 10 different location and in all location we have Different DHCP server manged individual and also we had configure MAC Filtering. All location have different IP Range. So now i want to handle it centrally but all scope should work as per location and my MAC data base should be modified from one location. is there any solution for this.
