Hello,
I am having an issue where direct access stops working. When reviewing the console the system believes the certificate for NLS is unbound (changed, new, etc). This stops all DA from working.
The certificates are verified, they have not been changed, and are on the server.
There is no way through the GUI (that we can find) to correct the issue short of unloading the configuration and starting over using the same exact settings as before. This effectively makes the product useless until the remote people can reconnect and get a new GPO.
Has anyone else seen this?
