We setup an NTP server on our PDC (2008R2) which hold the FSMO roles. Everything works fine for a week. But now occasionally PDC stops advertising it as a reliable time source. The server is getting time from its local CMOS clock. I can see from our network monitoring tool that the up-time of NTP services is only 75% for the last 1 month. How do I troubleshoot this. All the devices including the linux servers are syncing with this particular server. Please help me out.
