we have one windows 2003 DHCP servers with one super scope which contains 3 scopes for 3 different VLAN. andconfigured IP Helper over switch to manage the subnets.
- VLAN1 for 192.168.10.0
- VLAN2 for 192.168.20.0
- VLAN3 for 192.168.30.0
Problem Is : if one user is working in VLAN 1 and moves to different VLAN 2 then after restart or renew manually, clearing ARP entry everything it will get the old IP address only. after some time if same IP address is assigned to VLAN1 then it will able to renew the VLAN 2 successfully. so please suggest the best practice to configure for these environment.
