How to set up a working VPN Connection from Windows 2008R2 Server

hi guys,

I am back with a yet another question.  This time its RAS. I have 2 DC's and 01 Member Server which belongs to my Miracle Domain.  I Installed RAS Role in my Member Server MAM01(192.168.1.10). Opened up PPTP, L2TP Ports on Windows Firewall together with GRE 47.  Enabled VPN Pass through on my Cisco Router.  Add the Member server to the RAS & IAS Server Group. Created a user names TESTRAS in AD users and computers and in Dial-in Tab I allowed Access. The users is already a member in Domain Users/Remote Desktop User & RAS & IAS Server.

After all this I created a VPN Client in my Windows 8 W/S.  Username TestRAS. & for the computer name I entered the server IP Address of the member server (Not sure if this is correct) which has the RAS Role enabled (192.168.1.10)..... BUT it does not connect through Internet.  I get Error 807.  IF I Logged in to the Domain network and use the VPN Connection it get connected and when I do ipconfig I can see it has the IP Address which I defined on RAS properties. then again If I try to connect in the same manner via the Internet... I fail....

Can any one give me a helpful hand please? Thank you in advance.....

Hi Guys, I managed to "correct" the error 807 only to get Error 800 & the VPN Client is not getting connected to the server still.  The server is a virtual server and I have only added one NIC.  I have been beaten up by this issue for the past 3 weeks now. :( very tiered and disappointed that I could find any work around..... Can anyone help please?
