Lately, the server clients are dealing with performance issues, so naturally I investigated the event log to see what's going on.

It says "IP address range of scope 192.168.1.0 is 100 percent full with only 0 IP addresses available."
I sure don't have enough clients to fill up the scope.
Obviously, for some reason my server likes to claim all addresses available... but why?
