Hi,
Windows 2003 AD with single domain.
Integrated DNS in AD.
Everything is working fine but running a dcdiag test:dns /v gives a few errors:
[Error details: 9003 (Type: Win32 - Description: DNS name does not exist.) - Delegation is broken for the domain mydomain.commydomain.com. on the DNS server x.x.x.x]
The error message apperas for all the three authorized DNS servers for the mydomain.com DNS domain.
There is a subzone called mydomain.com under the mydomain.com primary zone:
mydomain.com
-com
-mydomain
And there's an A record under mydomain subzone.
I'll have to do some research as I don't know the meaning of that subzone.
What surprise me the most is that the subzone mydomain.com is not delegated.
Should I make any change over the DNS settings?
Thanks in advance.
