Need to Access my site globally using a static IP

Hi,

I have a windows 2008R2 server. We are a group of college guys. I created my own domain site for our group members. I am using IIS 7. I have a static IP. I want to access that site globally using static IP with port forwarding technique. I already configured port forwarding in my router. Right now, we are accessing the site using our Localhost address in that server. I configured our site with http port 80. Is there a way to access that site globally anywhere using my static IP?.
