DHCP - Exporting several scopes - modify them - import it back in. Can import single scopes but not the entire group of scopes. Is there a separator?

We have a need to modify our existing DHCP Scopes on our 2008R2 Servers.  I've tried importing the new scopes, but they fail.  However, if I chop up my txt file into several txt files, the imports work just fine.  Is there supposed to be a separator between the scopes?

For example, I know that when trying to do LDIF Imports, each entry should it's own hyphen plus carriage return.

I'm just not aware if there's one when using the "netsh exec myscopes.txt."
