static route on windows server 2008 r2 not working after reboot

Hi Guys,

I am setting up a static TCPIP route for my private network to use the public gateway for setting up windows server cluster using 2008 R2 in vmware workstation, it works perfectly when I issue " route /p add 10.1.10.3 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.6 but when I reboot my server it stops working let me know how to solve this problem.
