Webpages takes so long to load after upgraded to Server 2008 R2

We are using Fios 75/25, and the internet was very fast before upgrading to Server 2008 R2. After upgraded to Server 2008 R2, the webpages take so long to load, sometimes some webpages can't even load. We have two Domain Controllers. Both of them have DNS and DHCP.  If I add Fios DNS on DHCP's DNS, the webpages load so fast. The problem is, I can't use the computer name to access to other internal sites. I have to use IP address instead. Also, workstations can't get the update Group Policy from DCs. In addition, there are no errors on DNS. Can anybody help me here? Thanks.
