Need to quickly update all workstation DNS records today. Cannot wait for scavenging schedule to run

Due to a power outage, all of our workstations unexpectedly rebooted and many of them received new IP addresses due to random DHCP servers providing a new DHCP leases in their part of the scope.  We have multiple Server 2008 DHCP servers with DHCP configured to register DNS entries.  Each DHCP server handles a different range of IPs in the scope so that multiple servers do not assign the same IP address and cause IP conflicts.

Due to this issue, DNS still has old host entries from before the power outage and people can not longer work from home to access their workstation by name.  Some workstations may have received IPs from the same DHCP server they had before the power outage, but it is unpredictable.

DNS scavenging will eventually clean this up, but we cannot wait.

What can we do to clean up the DNS immediately so only current DHCP leases are registered in DNS?

We could go into the DNS manager MMC and manually delete all the records in the problem subnets, but then how would we get the correct entries to be quickly re-added?
